Teron Lee Instructor, Administrator

Teron joined Lorita Leung Dance Academy in 1996, when she was six years old.  She was one of the first students in British Columbia to complete the entire Beijing Dance Academy Chinese Dance Examination Syllabus, finishing her Grade 13 in 2006.  She also studied at an intensive Chinese dance training camp in Beijing in 2005.  In the summer of 2009, Teron became a qualified CDES teacher.

Teron graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Marketing and Human Resources from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia.   She currently works in Human Resources and is completing her Human Resources Management Certificate at BCIT and the Certified Human Resources Practitioner designation.

At Lorita Leung Dance Academy, Teron is an Administrator and Teacher, with focus on CDES 1 to 5.  Teron’s specialty lies in her choreography of children’s dances. Her children’s dance choreography, Folk dance “Going to the Opera” and Mongolian dance “Galloping Grasslands” both won first place at the 2015 and 2016 International Division of the Surrey Festival of Dance. With her focused and fun teaching style, she is a popular and favorite teacher for the younger grades.
