Outstanding young Chinese dancer from China and Canada. Winner of the Chairman’s Award at the Fourth "Peach and Plum" National Dance Competition for young dancers in China, 1996. Winner of seven top awards at the Second North American Chinese Dance Competition, 1994. Winner of the Best Choreographer Award" at the Sixth North American Chinese Dance Competition in 1998, for her Tibetan dance "On the Grasslands". In 2002, she won again for her Contemporary Chinese Dance "Sunset in Banna". Jessica's professional career as a Chinese dancer began with her Solo performance in Vancouver, August 1997. Jessica has been a Director of the Scotiabank Dance Centre in Vancouver.
